We've had three meetings until today: the first two were more conversational, the third was more practical.
During the first one, we learned basic things about the European Union, for example the Schuman declaration and other statements. We learned something about this project as well.
During the second one, we had the chance to read and analyse some famous literary works from a different point of view. Our purpose was to find similarities between these works and the present, because when they're read and studied at school some points are missed, for lack of time and they're not included in the school's syllabus. For example we read the Decameron, the communist Manifesto, the Divine Comedy,...
After getting to know the fundamentals, during the third one we searched in pairs some information about specific topics. Then we made a presentation that was showed and explained to the others later.
All the meetings were very interesting and I learned a lot, now I can talk about Europe seriously thanks to this project. I can't wait for the next meeting!
